Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of and/or buying from the hometreatsuk.com (website) means that you are bound by them. In every circumstance the customer is responsible for making sure products will fit intended spaces before purchase, sizes and product dimensions are found in the product descriptions and additional information tabs.

1. Waiver

All efforts has, is and will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is correct and up to date. On occasion the information may, become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below. We are not responsible for any financial loss and can not be responsible or liable for compensation claims due to the accuracy of information on site.

2. Terms Definitions
In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions are applicable:

Goods. The range of products which are available for purchase from this site in accordance with the terms.

Sale. The receipt for sale by us and purchase of Goods by you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, post or transmit any part of this Site without the express permission of Doodle Products Limited. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use Doodle Products Limited can suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.

4. Limitation of liability

A- Doodle Products Limited will not be liable for any losses resulting from inability to use this website

B- Doodle Products Limited is not responsible for the reliability of the access to this site when access is affected by our third party host or your Internet Provider.

C- Doodle Products Limited shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this site.

D- Doodle Products Limited cannot be liable for any compensation for delay due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Doodle Products Limited, including, but not limited to, (delayed dispatch), delays caused by mechanical breakdown, delays caused by third party couriers, delays caused by traffic, civil commotion, acts of god, industrial disputes, riots, floods, and legislation.

E- Doodle Products Limited will not be held responsible if you modify your goods or try to repair your items before allowing us the opportunity to assist you. 

F- Doodle Products Limited will not be held responsible for any delay or damages if you book a third party to build your items before receipt of your parcels.

G- Doodle Products Limited will not be held responsible if the customer chooses to dispose of any mattress, bed or product before receipt of your delivery.

H- Doodle Products Limited will not be held responsible for items not fitting in your property.

I- Doodle Products Limited will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your property by third party couriers.

5. Content, advertisements, external links

This Site contains links to other websites. These sites are not under the control of and are not maintained by Doodle Products Limited. Doodle Products Limited is not responsible for the content of those sites.

6. Privacy and Data protection

Any customer details which you have provided to us will not be shared with any 3rd party provider.

7. Product Pricing

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include (VAT) Value Added Tax.

8. Ordering, products and stock availability

8.1 We aim to display only items that are in stock in our warehouse or are. From time to time we might run out of stock for direct despatch in which case we will aim to advise you the same day we are notified of this. In all cases, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid. In all cases as per section (4) Doodle Products Limited are not liable for compensation due to this.

8.2 Please note that all of the products on hometreatsuk.com are flat packed. Some assembly will be required, you are responsible for making sure they fit in your property and are assembled correctly.

8.3 Your order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. Products sold on hometreatsuk.com are for domestic use. Doodle Products Limited can not be held responsible if you use product intended for domestic purposes for commercial use.

4 You should be made aware that:

A– All bed and mattress sizes are to UK standard sizes.

B– Mattress, base and frame sizes can vary slightly from their stated dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances.

C– All images on the site are for illustration purposes only.

D– When placing a mattress on a bed please note that there may be a gap around the edges. This is to allow for blankets and bedding.

E– Mattress comfort/hardness is for guidance only and will vary depending on your body build and preference

F– We are unable to offer a trial for products or supply samples before purchase.

G– New mattresses often require a ‘bedding in’ period for a number of weeks to allow the fillings to settle and the mattress to expand to the correct size. Additionally, on occasion new mattresses may carry an odour for a few days. This can be due to the fire-retardant material, which is a legal requirement. This odour will gradually dissipate over time and with airing.

H– Mattresses are vacuum packed. Due to this these mattresses can take a couple of days to fully expand.

I– The customer is responsible for checking the dimensions of the item before ordering.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1: Delivery is only able to be made to the delivery address specified on the order.

9.2: Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the address given when placing the order. Please make sure someone authorised to take the order is on hand for delivery

9.3: Once goods have been despatched the courier will contact by email to confirm the delivery date. As per section (4) we can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and delays caused by third party couriers.

9.4: If we are unable to deliver the entire order at once due to operational reason. We will deliver the Order in separate shipments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this.

9.5: If you choose to cancel your order after delivery, we will refund less the original delivery charge, return charge and restock fee of 20% may be applicable. If no one is available to take delivery address, you will be subject to a charge for re-delivery.

9.6: You are responsible for checking the delivery and signing for the goods as received in good condition. Goods will be considered as received in good condition unless signed for as damaged on delivery sheets.

9.7: The goods will be the responsibility of the customer from the completion of delivery

9.8: There must be a suitable adult over 18 years of age to check and sign for the goods. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.

9.9: Delivery can be between 9am and 7pm unless advised otherwise by customer service. The customer is responsible for making sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

9.10: In the unfortunate event of missing parts, these need to be reported to us by email, within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement parts. In these circumstances we are not able to offer extra forms of compensation

9.11: Goods will be considered as accepted when the customer has signed for the delivery.

9.12:The item will be dispatched to the shipping address given at checkout, if you require an alteration of address please inform us as soon as possible. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched

9.13:Please note any extra expense incurred due to delayed deliveries will be at the customers own expense.

10. Customer Cancellation

10.1 This cancellation right does not apply in the following cases:

In the case of mattresses, if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons these items cannot be returned. Please note that we cannot accept a returns or cancellation when a mattress has been slept on.

10.2 -If you cancel after your order has been despatched we are unable to stop delivery and are charged by our courier.

A– To cancel an order, you must notify us by email.

B–We will process the refund due to you within 10 days your returned order has been received by us in good condition in original packaging. A carrier cancelation fee, return fee and restock fee of 20% may be applicable to the refund

10.5 – If you cancel before your order has been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund you the full amount. If you cancel your order after dispatch a carrier cancelation fee, return fee or  restock fee of 20% may be applicable

10.6 – We will refund you on the original method of payment.

10.7– When purchasing via a website, Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a right to cancel your order if you change your mind. Your right to cancel a Sale starts from the date of confirmation of the Order. If the Goods have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel and return, starting from the day you receive the Goods. The Goods must be in original condition unopened and unused. The sending and return postage will be deducted from your refund

11. Our Rights To Cancel

Your order will be cancelled if we are recommended to do so by the card processing company. If this happens we will inform you by email. We will not be able to tell you the reason for the recommended cancellation by card issuer. Any monies set aside by your bank as pending will be returned to you by your account. This can take up to 7 days and Doodle Products Limited will not have received this payment we are unable to control how long this will take with your bank.

12. If the product is faulty

12.1 – As a consumer, you have rights in relation to Goods that are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act.

12.2 – An inspection of the goods may be needed. In this case we will contact you to let you know when this will be done.

12.3 – If you report a fault within 14 days of delivery Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a right to reject goods that are not as described or of unsatisfactory quality and receive a full refund.

12.4 – To help us ascertain the nature of the fault we will ask you to provide images. These can be either sent to us using the contact form, emailed to u. Failure to provide this evidence may prevent us from resolving the issue.

12.5 – If you rejected the delivery due to the goods being faulty or because the packaging is damaged, you are entitled to reject the goods at the time of delivery and receive a full refund or replacement. Let us know by email, once we have confirmed with the courier that you have rejected the delivery and it is being returned to us. We will process the replacement or refund within 10 days of initial contact.

12.6– If you report the fault after the first 6 months the responsibility lies with you to prove the fault has been there since delivery.

12.7– If you report the fault outside the 30 days of delivery, we have an may offer a resolution of repairing or replace any faulty goods before offering a full refund.

13. Warranties

Unless otherwise stated on the website, the products sold have a standard warranty of 90 days. Bed frames and parts have an extended warranty of 12 months

14. Changes to the terms

You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site. Doodle Products Limited reserves the right to remove, modify or change, any information on this website. Doodle Products Limited may change these terms at any time by posting a notice of the changes on the website

15. General

E-mails to you will be sent to the address you provide to us. You have the responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address and will need to update us of any changes to that address.

These terms supersede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.

16. Compensation

If compensation is offered for any reason by Doodle Products Limited, this is decided on a case by case basis.

17. Statutory rights

The Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and consumer use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
