We accept returns for items we offer an extended 30 days return policy from date of the delivery. All returns should be sent to

The goods must be returned undamaged, original delivery state.

In the unlikely event the order has been damaged in transit, defective or you are having assembly issues please contact our customer service team.

They can assist with easier alternatives to returning the item. Depending on circumstance this may include replacement parts, partial refund, assembly advice or collection assistance. 

Please ensure all returns are appropriately packaged including order number, buyer name senders address & reason for the return. This will assist our returns department in processing the return swiftly. Also please ensure the correct item is returned.

If arranging returns yourself, please retain & email proof of postage to customer service at so they can track the return.

The cost of returning unwanted goods is at the expense of the buyer, we may assist in arranging a collection of the item, the collection cost remains with the buyer. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on unwanted item returns.

All returns are processed in 2 working days from arrival, however at peak times and bank holidays this can be longer. A refund email is sent once the return is processed.

All refunds are issued to original payment method any email is sent when the refund is issued. Depending on your banking institution or payment method this can take 1-3 working days.

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day the item is receive. We offer a voluntary extended 30 day return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
