All items will be sent same or next working day after payment is complete. The item will be dispatched to the shipping address given at checkout.
If you require a change of address please let us know as soon as possible with the contact us button or by email service@hometreatsuk.com. It is not always possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
The order will be dispatched with one of our approved couriers based on item size and weight. We strive to all orders to the customer as quickly as possible offering next day delivery of beds and furniture where possible

At times if you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so. The carrier may also return to depot for further delivery attempts.
Delivery times are normally 1-3 working days, however at peak times and bank holidays this maybe more.
